Sport & Extra-Curriculars

We consider sport to be an important part of your child’s education at St George’s. Enjoyment, fun and satisfaction are primary purposes, while character, teamwork and camaraderie all develop in the sporting context and play an important role in social development. Sport also provides a host of community occasions over the course of the year which has the effect of knitting the school community together. The Prep offers a wide choice of sporting codes, ensuring that every pupil will find a sport which suits his or her personality, interests and physique.
