“Drama is life with all the dull bits cut out.” – Alfred Hitchcock

Drama gives pupils a platform to explore various styles of performance which builds their self-confidence in physical movement and oratory skills and aids their ability to improvise and work in groups. The dramatic arts encourages pupils to express themselves in creative ways by interpreting material as well as giving them the opportunity to create their own pieces to perform. By expressing themselves through drama, pupils gain self-knowledge and the extraordinary power of performance.
